About the Firm

Three generations. One standard of advocacy.

Founded in 1965 by Lt. Sh. M.C. Bhandari and led from 1981 to 2012 by Lt. Sh. M.K. Bhandari, senior advocate of the Supreme Court of India, the firm is today led by Managing Partner Ambransh Bhandari as its third generation.

B&B Associates LLP represents individuals, businesses, industrial houses and institutions in complex, sensitive and high-value litigation, corporate advisory and legal research — appearing before the High Court of Punjab & Haryana, the Supreme Court of India, and tribunals across the region. Every matter is partner-led: senior partners and associates appear personally.

How We Engage

The four-step consultation process

Every new engagement follows the same disciplined path — consultations may be in office, telephonic, by video call or by email.

  1. Introduction

You briefly introduce yourself and your matter by call or email. Our client relationship manager appoints a consultation with the right partner or associate.

  2. Consultation

A pre-scheduled consultation by phone, video call or in office. It is confidential and protected by attorney–client privilege; no drafting work is done at this stage.

  3. Retainer Advice & Agreement

A retainer advice and agreement is issued by email, specifying the scope of work and timelines.

  4. Work Flow

Detailed fact-gathering, research, internal mock-court testing, drafting, filing and representation — with systematic client communication throughout.
